Job Title: Piglet Nutritionist

Location: Śmigiel, Greater Poland

Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week

At AB Neo, we focus on advancing neonatal nutrition through the collaboration of four diverse companies. As part of AB Agri, a renowned animal nutrition business, we support sustainable food production for a growing global population.
We are looking for a Piglet Nutrition Specialist to join the AB Neo Poland Technical Team. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of activities – from research and the development of innovative nutritional solutions to providing direct technical support to farmers and commercial teams. If you’re motivated to expand your expertise and be part of a team dedicated to improving piglet nutrition, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Developing feed formulations and passing them on to the production department.

Creating nutritional programs (in collaboration with the Technical Manager) tailored to different farming systems, genetic lines, and health conditions.

Conducting nutritional trials on commercial farms for the domestic market and within the entire AB Neo Group.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a background in animal nutrition, agriculture, or animal science and wants to apply their knowledge in a specialized environment with opportunities for development, business travel, and research work, this is an ideal position for someone looking to grow a career in the animal nutrition sector.

Skills and Experience:

A university degree in animal science, agriculture, or animal nutrition

Has experience in the swine sector

Knowledge of feed and food safety regulations

Familiarity with legislation related to animal feed

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Good command of English (spoken and written)
