We’re looking for a Piglet Nutritionist to join our AB Neo Polska Technical Team. In this role, you’ll be involved in everything from researching and developing innovative nutrition solutions to providing direct technical support to farmers and commercial teams. To create valuable outcomes, you’ll need a strong understanding of piglet nutrition and pig production, a curiosity to keep learning, and the ability to turn knowledge into practical solutions that obtain real value on the farm. Some key responsibilities will include:
- Formulating recipes and submitting them to the production department.
- Developing feeding programs (in collaboration with the Technical Manager) for various farming systems, genetic lines, and health conditions.
- Conducting nutritional trials on commercial farms for the domestic market or across the AB Neo Group.

- A degree in animal science, agriculture, or animal nutrition.
- Understanding of feed and food safety regulations.
- Familiarity with legal requirements related to feed.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- Effective English communication skills (spoken and written).
