We are seeking a dynamic Technology Application Manager to lead our UK technical team, drive innovation, and ensure our customers' needs are met with cutting-edge solutions.

As the Technology Application Manager, you will actively contribute to ABNeo UK's nutrition activities, guiding the technical team to deliver exceptional nutritional and technical support. Your leadership will ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation and customer satisfaction in piglet nutrition.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Lead the UK technical team, delivering top-tier commercial nutritional expertise for sales, marketing, and other business needs.
- Nutrition Expertise: Demonstrate excellence in piglet nutrition and formulation capabilities.
- Content Creation: Generate technical papers and articles for marketing communications, both internal and external.
- R&D Support: Participate in feed material evaluations, trials, and provide commercial insights.
- Innovation: Develop technical ideas that add value to product sales and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Supplier Engagement: Evaluate new products, concepts, and additives by meeting with suppliers.
- Collaboration: Actively participate in ABNeo technical and R&D discussions.
- Technical Support: Provide expert guidance to internal teams and customers, ensuring queries are handled professionally and efficiently.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Deliver effective ideation processes to create market solutions that benefit ABNeo and its customers.
- Foster a strong culture of innovation through engagement with commercial and technical teams.
- Identify new development opportunities within the current product portfolio.
- Ensure our product portfolio continues to meet customer requirements and adds value to ABNeo UK.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a nutrition company with formulation expertise.
- Proven ability to lead a technical team to deliver innovative, value-creating products and services.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to think strategically about the broader business.
- Ability to recognize innovative opportunities and convert them into valuable solutions.
- Organized, able to manage multiple changing priorities effectively.
- Experience in piglet nutrition and formulation.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared objectives.
