Are you a strategic sales leader known for delivering high performing sales teams? Do you have a commercial mind-set with the ability to create and execute strategies? Do you have an interest in or experience of working in the equine or pet wellness/supplement industry?
If so, we have an opportunity for you as a Commercial Director for our Global Supplements business, responsible for increasing revenue and growing market presence across all sales channels with a particular focus on the German market.
What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies and partnerships to reach business goals
- Leading the sales team with clear and objective goals
- Build and maintain key customer and partnership relationships to elevate business growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Analysing sales performance data, creating actionable insights and reports
What you'll bring:
- A solid background in directing productive sales teams and facilitating revenue growth
- Experience in creating and executing strategies that align with business goals
- Proficiency in analysing sales and marketing data to inform strategies and measure performance
- Proficient ability to build and maintain partnerships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders
- Experience of working in the Equine and/or pet supplement industry.
- English and German speaking language skills
Location
This is a hybrid working role that can be based in any location in the UK, however please note travel will be required to our offices in Peterborough and Monmouth, and customers across UK and Europe.
