AB Neo is looking for a Procurement Operational & Admin Support professional to support the day-to-day procurement activities at our Danish site. This role focuses on raw materials, ingredients, and packaging, working closely with suppliers, logistics, production, and quality teams. You will be part of an international, fast-growing animal nutrition business, with the opportunity to gain broad exposure across procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting raw material Purchasing to ensure continuous supply
- Preparing and supporting managing requests for Quotation ( RfX/RfQ)
- Supporting flow of commercial documentation for incoming goods
- Supporting management of raw material stock to support AWC targets
- Monitoring Stock levels to maintain the right balance
- Supporting negotiations on pricing and contract terms with suppliers
What you'll bring:
- Extensive and hands on experience in Procurement and the supply of raw materials to a manufacturing site
- Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Office, and other applications
- Effective Ability to manage raw material purchasing and stock control
- Experience supporting cost reduction initiatives and supplier approval processes
- Effective communication and collaboration across different business functions
- Effective and systematic organisation to improve Procurement processes and policies towards best practise
- Good Communication skills and organisation to manage supplier interfaces
