  • Job Title: Service Resource Coordinator

    Location: Home Based, UK

    Contract: Permanent, Monday to Friday – 37 Hours Per week

    Salary: £28,000

    National Milk Records who are part of AB Agri are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Service Resource Coordinator to help keep our service operations running seamlessly.

    What you’ll be doing

    You’ll play a central role in coordinating service activities and supporting operational delivery across the business. From managing contractor schedules to ensuring accurate pay administration, your work will directly affect how effectively we serve our customers.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Coordinating contractor schedules and supporting day-to-day service operations
    • Processing additional pay claims with precision and accuracy
    • Managing shuttle movements and supporting wider service logistics
    • Communicating with milk recorders, farmers, and internal teams to resolve queries
    • Maintaining accurate records across internal systems
    • Supporting training logistics and operational projects
    • Helping route tasks, monitor progress, and keep everything running on track

    • Have experience in coordination, administration, customer service, or operational support
    • Are highly detail-oriented and comfortable handling high volumes of data
    • Are comfortable working with tools such as Excel and picking up new digital systems quickly
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with a range of stakeholders
    • Can manage your own workload in a home-based environment
    • Take initiative and apply a problem-solving approach to your work
    • Enjoy collaborating with others while managing your own tasks and time
    (Bonus points if you have experience with THOR, dairy operations, or farm management—but this isn’t essential)

    What you’ll need to do well in this role:

    • Comfortable with IT tasks, including working in Excel at an intermediate level
    • Experience with data entry, record keeping, or system-based processes
    • Comfortable managing phone and online inquiries in a professional manner
    • The ability to prioritise—especially during busy monthly pay cycles
