Job Title: Pig Commercial Nutritionist
Location: Remote, United Kingdom (with regular travel across the UK and occasional travel to Ireland)
Contract and shift pattern: Permanent, Full-Time

Premier Nutrition is looking for a passionate and commercially minded Commercial Nutritionist - Pig to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with commercial impact, working closely with pig producers, feed manufacturers, and industry partners across the UK. In this customer-facing role, you will provide expert nutritional advice, support feed formulation and on-farm performance, contribute to research and product development projects, and help drive business growth through strong customer relationships. What you'll be doing:
- Provide expert nutritional and technical support to pig industry customers.
- Build and manage strong relationships with feed mills, home-mix customers, and producers.
- Formulate diets and support feed formulation activities.
- Conduct farm visits and analyse performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to customer trials, R&D projects, and technical presentations.
- Support business growth by developing new opportunities and retaining existing customers.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in animal science, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of pig nutrition and pig production systems.
- Experience applying animal nutrition in a commercial or technical environment.
- Ability to interpret performance data and provide practical recommendations.
- Good understanding of feed legislation, industry standards, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
