  • Job Title: People & Performance Business Partner (HR)

    Location: Ho Chi Minh City (with regional support for AB Vista ASPAC)


    Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a dynamic role in a growing international business? AB Agri Vietnam is seeking a People & Performance (HR) Business Partner to support our team locally while also providing HR expertise to AB Vista across the ASPAC region.

    What You’ll Be Doing:
     
    • Strategic HR Leadership: Act as a key member of the local management team, contributing to both business and HR strategy.
    • Talent & Development: Lead talent management, recruitment, and succession planning, ensuring we attract and develop top talent.
    • Performance & Employee Relations: Support managers with performance management, employee relations, and engagement strategies.
    • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processes, benefits administration, and ensure competitive local compensation practices.
    • HR Operations & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies aligned with local legislation and AB Agri’s corporate standards.
    • Diversity & Inclusion: Drive local D&I initiatives, fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
    • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leaders in Vietnam, ASPAC, and global HR teams to ensure seamless HR operations.
    • Travel Requirements: Occasional international travel within ASPAC and to Europe as needed.

    What You’ll Bring:
     
    • Qualifications & Language Skills: Degree-level education, generalist HR qualification, and fluency in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
    • HR Expertise: Strong experience in HR, ideally in a manufacturing environment, with a deep understanding of Vietnamese employment law.
    • Change Management & HR Set-Up: Proven experience in managing HR transitions, setting up HR functions, and driving continuous improvement.
    • Payroll & Administration: Hands-on experience with payroll processes, meticulous record-keeping, and accuracy in compliance matters.
    • Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
    • Proactive & Independent: Self-starter with strong judgment and decision-making skills, able to work independently while supporting and motivating teams.
    •  Desirable Skills: Experience in a multinational environment and proficiency in another ASPAC language would be a plus.
