Operario/a de Producción – Germains

Contrato: Permanente 40 hs. semanales.

Ubicación: Planta de Germains en la ciudad de Castelloli.

Responsabilidades principales
- Ejecutar los procesos de producción desde la recepción de materiales hasta el embalaje final.
- Garantizar la entrega de productos de calidad desde el primer intento.
- Realizar mantenimiento básico de equipos y reportar fallos.
- Participar activamente en mejoras continuas, tanto individuales como en equipo.
- Aplicar las normas de seguridad y salud en todo momento.
- Contribuir a la limpieza y organización del entorno de trabajo.
Requsitos:
- Conocimiento básico de normas de salud y seguridad.
- Deseable experiencia en producción o entornos industriales.
- Capacidad para entender necesidades de clientes internos y dar soluciones prácticas.
- Buena comunicación escrita y verbal para trabajar con diferentes equipos.
- Organización, gestión del tiempo y capacidad para priorizar tareas.
