- Using data and on-farm insights to help customers make informed decisions.
- Managing a portfolio of clients and building trusted long-term relationships.
- Supporting the growth of the business by identifying opportunities to add value for customers.

- Dairy consultancy.

- Genetics, breeding or performance recording.
- Agricultural advisory or technical field-based roles.
You'll also bring:
- A solid understanding of UK dairy farming.
- Good commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working directly with farmers and industry stakeholders.
- The ability to analyse information and turn it into practical recommendations.
- An interest in developing yourself and growing your consultancy career.
Why join Kite?

- Join a highly respected consultancy with a well-known reputation across the industry.
- Access ongoing training, development and mentoring from experienced consultants.
- Manage your customer portfolio in a way that fits your preferred style and day-to-day workflow.
- Attractive pay, bonus, and benefits package, with employer pension contributions matched up to 10%.
Not got a CV ready? That's fine. If you'd like an informal conversation about the role and your background, we'd be delighted to hear from you.
