Do you enjoy making e-commerce websites perform better? Can you turn customer behaviour and data into changes that improve conversion and sales?
We’re looking for a E-Commerce DTC Manager to help shape the next stage of digital growth across NAF equine (UK & International), Natural VetCare and Nutrilabs.
You’ll have real ownership of our consumer-facing websites. On our transactional sites, you’ll focus on growing sales and improving conversion. On our other sites, you’ll help us build engagement, education and stronger customer relationships as we develop their future commerce potential.
You’ll work across CRO, website trading, UX, SEO, merchandising and digital development. You’ll also work closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to make sure campaigns, promotions and launches work effectively when customers arrive on our sites.
What you'll be doing:
- Own website performance across several brands, websites and markets.
-
Improve conversion and sales through an ongoing programme of CRO, UX improvements and testing.
-
Trade our websites, bringing campaigns, promotions, launches and seasonal activity to life online.
-
Improve the customer journey, from landing pages and navigation through to product pages, basket and checkout.
-
Grow organic performance through SEO, working with Marketing, content teams and external partners.
-
Lead website projects and development, setting priorities and working with agencies, developers and internal teams.
- Use data to drive action, identifying opportunities and clearly showing what is working, what is not and what should happen next.
What you'll bring:
- Experience managing and improving D2C or e-commerce websites.
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify.
- Experience of CRO, UX and improving customer journeys.
- Experience trading e-commerce websites, including promotions, merchandising and product launches.
- Confidence managing digital projects, agencies and developers.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into practical commercial decisions.
- A good working knowledge of SEO.
- Experience across multiple brands or markets, international e-commerce, CRM, subscriptions, loyalty or platforms such as Klaviyo and Gorgias would be useful. You don’t need to have worked with every tool in our current stack.
This is a fixed-term maternity-cover role at an important point in the development of our digital capability. Further opportunities may arise within the business, although these cannot be guaranteed.
