Job Title: Head of Supply Chain
Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands (hybrid).
Contract and shift pattern: Fixed-term contract for 1 year, with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance. Full-time.

AB Vista is looking for an experienced and inspiring Head of Supply Chain to lead supply chain operations across three key regions. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for driving supply chain performance, improving consistency and reliability, and contributing to strategic business priorities as part of the Supply Chain Leadership Team. Working with teams across Europe, Asia, and North America, you will have the opportunity to shape supply chain strategy, develop high-performing teams, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a truly global environment. What you'll be doing:
- Lead and develop supply chain operations across multiple regions and countries.
- Drive improvements in supply planning, inventory optimisation, customer service, and operational performance.
- Provide leadership to regional supply chain managers and build team capability through coaching and development.
- Oversee warehousing, logistics, blending operations, and supply chain execution activities.
- Lead continuous improvement, standardisation, and business transformation initiatives.
- Partner with Commercial, Procurement, Planning, Finance, and Quality teams to support business growth and strategic priorities.
What you'll bring:
- 10-15 years of supply chain leadership experience within a global business.
- Experience leading multi-site and multi-country supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of supply planning, logistics, warehousing, and operational execution.
- Proven experience leading people, driving change, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across different cultures.
- Fluent business English and the ability to operate successfully in a global environment.
