Job Title: Animal Science Manager
Location: Espoo, Finland (with regular travel to trial farm sites)
Contract and Shift: Permanent, Full-Time

As Animal Science Manager, you'll lead feeding trials from design to final results, providing scientific expertise in poultry and swine nutrition and helping customers turn research into practical solutions.
What you'll be doing:
- Design and manage poultry and swine feeding trials from planning through to final reporting.
- Develop feed formulations and trial protocols to meet customer objectives.
- Analyse trial data and prepare clear scientific reports and recommendations.
- Present trial results and technical insights to customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with farm, laboratory, and commercial teams to deliver successful projects.
- Support customer relationships and identify new research and business opportunities.
What you'll bring:
- Degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
- Strong experience with poultry and/or swine nutrition and feed formulation.
- Experience designing, managing, and reporting animal feeding trials.
- Strong data analysis, scientific writing, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of animal welfare, regulatory, and trial compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.
