Job Title: Warehouse Operative and Customer Service Support
Location: Toomebridge, Co Antrim, Northern Ireland - This is an onsite position.

Our Trident MicroNutri team is looking for a Warehouse Operative and Customer Service Support colleague to join their growing operation in Toomebridge. In this varied role, you'll play a key part in managing stock movements across the UK and Ireland, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and supporting customers with their orders and queries. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team within AB Agri and develop your skills across warehousing, logistics and customer service.
What you'll be doing
- Receiving inbound deliveries, checking products against delivery documentation, recording batch information and storing stock in designated warehouse locations.
- Carrying out stock control activities, ensuring accurate stock rotation, traceability and inventory management across warehouse operations.
- Preparing customer orders for dispatch, labelling pallets, maintaining batch records and ensuring products are delivered to the correct destination.
- Supporting quality control processes by identifying, reporting and documenting damaged goods, non-conformances and supplier issues.
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment, including daily housekeeping and reporting any site or infrastructure concerns.
- Completing daily equipment and truck checks, maintaining records and escalating any issues as required.
- Providing customer service support by assisting with order processing, resolving customer queries and working closely with the Customer Services team.
- Supporting administrative activities including stock allocation, batch control, supplier invoice processing and quality reporting systems.
What you'll bring
- Experience working within a warehouse environment.
- Forklift Truck and/or Reach Truck experience, with either a current licence or a willingness to obtain the relevant licences and training.
- Computer literacy and confidence working with warehouse and business systems.
- Experience of stock control, batch traceability, stock rotation and inventory management.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and experience handling product inspections and reporting issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and resolve customer queries effectively.
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to prioritise workload and support colleagues across different areas of the business.
- A commitment to health and safety standards and safe working practices.
- A valid driving licence.
