As Senior Financial Controller for AB Neo Denmark, you will step into a pivotal role during an important transformation phase, managing the on-site finance team and playing a key role in implementing the M3 ERP system. This is a practical opportunity to bring structure, improve processes, and truly shape how finance works going forward. What you'll be doing:
- Manage the on-site finance function in Denmark, ensuring reliable financial control, governance, and operational support.
- Own and deliver an accurate, efficient month-end close, including balance sheet review, reconciliations, and clean reporting.
- Oversee stock costing and variance analysis, maintaining robust controls during manual and pre-ERP processes.
- Manage cash flow forecasting with regular visibility and proactive risk management.
- Partner with site stakeholders and Group finance, translating financial insight into clear business actions.
- Play a key role in the M3 ERP implementation, embedding strong processes and controls.
What you'll bring:
- Fully qualified accountant with extensive financial control and statutory reporting experience.
- Experience leading finance teams in a manufacturing/operations environment.
- Thorough knowledge of Danish accounting and compliance, with at least 5 years’ experience in Denmark.
- Fluent Danish and advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid month-end leadership, costing, stock control, and cash flow forecasting skills.
