• The Role & Key Responsibilities

  • Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Home Based/Remote, with occasional travel

Package includes: Salary from £34,000 plus a benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and reward your impact

Are you a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for creating work that brings consumer brands to life? Do you thrive on turning ideas and creative concepts into compelling, high-quality assets across packaging, retail, digital and print?

Our Global Supplements Marketing team is looking for a creative, commercially minded Graphic Designer to support our NAF, Natural VetCare and Nutrilabs brands. In this hands-on role, you will take ownership of projects from brief through to production-ready artwork, helping to deliver standout campaigns, product launches and customer-facing materials across multiple markets.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Create high-quality, consumer-facing design across digital, social media, e-commerce, retail, print, events and campaigns for our three brands.
    • Take projects from initial brief and creative development through to accurate, production-ready artwork.
    • Design and adapt packaging artwork across products, formats, languages and international markets, including labels, claims and regulatory updates.
    • Produce engaging point-of-sale, exhibition, advertising, brochure, presentation and promotional materials.
    • Develop assets for websites, email, paid media, retailer platforms and Amazon A+ content, with opportunities to support short-form video and animated content.
    • Roll out agency-led concepts and key visuals across channels while protecting the strength and consistency of the original creative idea.
    • Act as a day-to-day brand guardian, maintaining style guides, templates, master files and organised asset libraries.
    • Work closely with marketing, commercial, regulatory teams, agencies, printers, photographers, freelancers and suppliers to deliver accurate, high-quality work to deadline.

    What you'll bring:

    • Around 3–5 years’ relevant graphic design experience gained within an in-house team, design studio, agency or freelance environment.
    • A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality consumer design across print, retail and digital channels.
    • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
    • Experience creating packaging artwork, including adapting existing designs accurately across different SKUs, formats, markets or languages.
    • Strong print-production and reprographics knowledge, including pre-flight checks, colour management, bleed, dielines, proofing and supplier specifications.
    • Experience producing point-of-sale, promotional, exhibition and retail artwork.
    • Excellent typography, layout, image-editing and artworking skills, alongside exceptional attention to detail.
    • The ability to manage multiple brands, priorities and deadlines while remaining organised, proactive and collaborative.
    • Experience creating digital and e-commerce assets for websites, email, social media, paid media or online advertising.
    • Confidence interpreting briefs and adapting agency concepts into effective channel-ready creative.
    • Experience maintaining brand guidelines, templates, master files and creative asset libraries.
    • Love horses or pets? Even better. You don't need to be an expert, but genuine interest in the animals and people our brands serve will help you understand our audiences and create better work.

    Why this role?

You’ll work on real consumer brands, real campaigns and real launches. Your work could appear on a social feed one day and in retail, on packaging or at a major event the next.

You'll get the variety of working across multiple brands, while having real ownership of how they develop.

And because this is a remote role with occasional travel, you'll have plenty of flexibility while still coming together for the moments that matter — shoots, launches, events and creative collaboration.

If you love making things, care about brands and want to see the impact of your work, we’d love to hear from you.
