Job Title: Information Security Manager
Location: Peterborough (Hybrid)

Our team is looking for a talented Information Security Manager to join our growing function. In this role, you'll take ownership of key governance, risk and compliance activities, drive security projects across our global business, and work closely with technology and business teams to strengthen our security posture while enabling innovation and operational excellence
What you'll be doing:

Lead and manage our third-party risk management (TPRM) programme, ensuring suppliers and partners meet security requirements.
- Drive governance, risk and compliance (GRC) activities, helping the business identify, assess and mitigate information security risks.
- Own and deliver security improvement projects that strengthen our overall security posture across global operations.
- Act as the primary lead for security incident management, coordinating responses and driving lessons learned activities.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to assess compliance against security controls and identify remediation priorities.
- Develop and present meaningful security metrics and reporting, enabling risk-based decision making across the organisation.
- Support the ongoing implementation of group security standards, policies and security baselines across multiple business units.
- Provide leadership and guidance to security analysts while supporting broader security operations and technical security activities when required.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, Security Risk Management, or a similar security-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) frameworks and practices.
- Hands-on experience of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
- Experience managing and responding to security incidents.
- Solid technical security understanding across infrastructure, cloud and enterprise environments.
- Ability to engage, influence and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience producing security reporting, metrics and risk-based recommendations for leadership teams.
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the confidence to take ownership of security initiatives and drive improvements.
- Experience with security technologies such as vulnerability management, cloud security, email security or GRC tooling would be advantageous.
