  • Job Title: Sales Ledger administrator
    Location: Hybrid - Office based twice a week in Peterborough
    Shift details: 5 days per week, 37.5 hours full time.
    Contract type: 6 months Fixed term
     Salary: from £28,000 per annum
     

    We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Sales Ledger Administrator to join our Finance team at AB Agri Ltd. This role is central to ensuring the accurate processing, allocation, and reconciliation of cash receipts across multiple divisions and system instances.

    You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the sales ledger and ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions across the business.

    What you'll be doing: 

    • Posting and allocating all cash, cheque, and foreign currency batches across all sales ledger instances within Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX), D365 and M3 (Infor)  for all AB Agri divisions.
    •  Determining remittances to match daily BACS receipts with bank statement entries
    •  Splitting BACS receipts by brand, batching, posting, and allocating accurately to sales ledgers  
    • Confirming ABN and KW sales invoices are received daily by PRISM through audit log checks
    •  Monitoring and resolving unallocated cash
    • Maintaining and archiving batch receipt filing systems
    •  Providing ad-hoc financial information and reports as required

    What you'll bring: 

    • Previous experience in a Sales Ledger or Accounts Receivable role
    • Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX desirable)
    • Strong reconciliation and cash allocation experience
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to manage high volumes of transactions across multiple divisions
    • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet daily deadlines
    • Confident communication skills when liaising with internal stakeholders

Interview dates: Interview for this role are to be scheduled on 25th & 26th March in person at our Peterborough office.
